IMCOM visits Kaiserslautern
The U.S. Army Garrison Kaiserslautern Commander shows the U.S. Army Installation Management Command Commanding General the 230th Military Police Company barracks, Bldg. 162 on Rhine Ordnance Barracks. Renovations on this barracks began when the 230th deployed to Iraq and will be completed before the company returns. The IMCOM Commanding General took a tour of Rhine Ordnance Barracks during his brief visit here before heading to USAG Ansbach, Germany. The General, who is responsible for providing effective garrison support of Army mission activities and overall support services worldwide, a week tour of seven military installations in Europe for briefings on U.S. Army Europe transformation plans and military construction projects at Baumholder, Wiesbaden, Ansbach and Grafenwöhr.
