Summer is here, and there's a lot to discover in Tupper Lake. The welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere draws visitors who love to explore our fascinating nature-themed learning centers, quaint downtown, and mellow hiking trails, which deliver breathtaking views. The Tupper Lake Triad is a great checklist of mountains for casual hikers to complete -- one of them, Goodman Mountain, is even wheelchair accessible for the first portion of the trail.

Tupper Lake is way more than mountains, though. The region's outstanding lakes are always being crisscrossed by boaters, paddlers, and fishermen, and golfers flock to the vista-infused fairways of the Tupper Lake Golf Club to enjoy a side of scenery with their swings.
Tupper Lake is a village in Franklin County, New York, United States. The population was 3,667 at the 2010 census.[2] The village is located within the boundaries of the Adirondack Park, west of Lake Placid. Along with nearby Saranac Lake, these three villages make up what is known as the Tri-Lakes region.

The village of Tupper Lake is in the town of Tupper Lake. The town and the village are in the southwest part of the county.

Tupper Lake is home to The Wild Center, a 54,000 square feet (5,000 m2) natural history center on a 31 acres (130,000 m2) campus. 10
