Roman sandstone distance slab found at Hutcheson Hill (detail of central panel)

The goddess Britannia crowns the signifer of the Twentieth Legion holding the boar standard

Found in 1969 at Hutcheson Hill, 1/2 mile southwest of the Roman fort at Castle Hill, Strathclyde, Scotland (see Hutcheson Hill on Pleiades; Castle Hill on Roman-Britain dot co dot uk).
Dated to ca. 139-161 CE.
