SASEBO, Japan (Jan. 10, 2018) - U.S. Navy Diver 2nd Class Mitchell Apgar, assigned to U.S. Naval Ship Repair Facility and Japan Regional Maintenance Center (SRF-JRMC) Det. Sasebo, enters the water for an underwater pile removal operation, led by Underwater Construction Team (UCT) 2, at Commander, Fleet Activities Sasebo (CFAS). UCT-2 provides construction, inspection, maintenance, and repair of underwater and waterfront facilities in support of the Pacific Fleet.
