SIHANOUKVILLE, Cambodia (Nov. 1, 2016) - Marines assigned to 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment (3/2) and Royal Cambodian Navy sailors practice capsize recovery on a Zodiac boat in Sihanoukville during Cooperation Afloat Readiness and Training (CARAT) Cambodia 2016. CARAT 2016 is a nine-country, series of annual, bilateral maritime exercises between the U.S. Navy, U.S. Marine Corps and the armed forces of nine partner nations to include Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Timor-Leste.
