As part of the Digital Photo Academy I gave a Composition in the Field class in San Francisco's Chinatown. We walked along Grant Ave, the main street of Chinatown. One shop was making Dragon's beard candy right at the shop window. The skillful hands were fascinating to watch.

I processed a balanced HDR photo from a RAW exposure, carefully adjusted the curves, and partially desaturated the image. I welcome and appreciate your critical feedback.
