    Bush was elected for a second term,so to be elected president you have to have a majority of the vote.
    Then Bush had the majority and who elected Bush the majority of americans. Now Bush IQ is 7 times less than dump jo so you can conclude Bush convinced them his the man for the job, to be able to that you have to have an IQ bit superior of those peoples but you still dump and bit better than them.In that case you can say the majority of americans are STUPID.
