The nonsense of Thorel couple has to stop, the issue is how to modernize the Sodomy law, it’s already in books that the African countries inherited from colonial masters and it hasn't been changed after independence. There is an active campaign from LGBT through western governments that the African countries need to bring sodomy law in-line with their former masters, in other words the Sodomy law in the books has to become humane, not remain the same as it was more than 5 decades ago.

One has right to initiate a green paper for his/her propositions and put before the whole nation for discussion, but one of the Thorel couple is not “CIISE CIISE DHALAY” in other words s/he is not the resident of Djibouti and simply doesn't belong to, therefore s/he has no capacity to discuss this delicate matter.

Thorel couple as usual I bet both of them did not know that such laws inherited form colonial powers were in african books already.
