To make myself clear please refer to the article by the title of : LE COMMUNIQUE DE LA PEUR..le renouveau numero:553 from www.mrd-djibouti.org
Is it an exageration or this is what a president wanna be writes in his official newspaper..?
Shame ..humiliation to himself that is all i can say.
I think if we djiboutians want to go forward we need people ..opposition leaders
for instance who stand for a prinple..who are mature ,mindfull, who control and
analyze what they say and write..
This fellow (Daf) i regreat to say is either childish or out of his mind..Can't lead a nation for God sake.

It seems like it is very easy for you to judge DAF without really knowing him or the struggle that he went throught to peacefully oppose the government and come up with ideas on how to improve the lives of all djiboutians.
You might not know this but ...... he was denied any chances to do so. He was harrassed, jailed, his electricity cut off, his family harrassed and jailed, his journals shut down and so on. Now how do you think anybody is supposed to oppose the government if they are treated like this. No wonder he had to exile himself for the sake of his wife and children.
Don't judge him without knowing him and believe it or not he is by far our only option to go forward as he has a better plan than the actual president.
Now if you'r supporting the actual president just for the sake of supporting him and you denying everybody the opportunity to criticize his record, you are worth no more than the propaganda agents in this forum. If you think the model opponent is someone like Aden Robleh or Moumin Bbahdon, you are wrong theses guys are just tired of being harrassed and jus want a piece of the pie ( any piec, it's a shame none of them got ministerial posting even though their parties did support IOG, wich is another funny thing, why create a party just to promote the candidate for another pary..u see)
I hope you really do get the point. that DAF is neither childish nor out his mind, he is just being an opponet and a damn good one I'll say cause at least he is not at the point of making bullet speak but just his pen ( and that is bothering you ?!?!?, c'mon man ).

What do u think about Ismael? huh... Does he write? Does he know whats going on in the world??? Does he realize that He is the President of one of the poorest country (or should i say village) in the world ????
I dont think so!!!!!
DAF realized that it is time to get angry and stop this regime... not angry to pick up the gun... but Angry to open up his mind... and Write!!!!!

Assalamu Alaikum Wa rahmatulah Wa barakatuh
well i visited the MDR website and did not see anything childlike or out of mind.
I do not want to jump to any conclusions about your underlined and misquided opionion about one of the most promenint Djiboutian opposition leader in our country. But it seems to me EVENTHOUGH you are (seem like) an educated person you have a lot of tribal bias in terms of who you support and what not?.OTHERWISE why would you so negatively misjugde and libel an opposition leader that was prosecusted in his own country for what he believes .Would you be happy for if he was thrown in jail and died there ? Your comments made me question everything about you, such tribe ,motif ,patriotism and even more. You may actually be from a tribe far away from that of iog. What makes you so ficiously attack DAF's political position,is he actively promoting violent civil war or bloody terrorist attack against the government.Maybe like the self crowned president of the country( FAT ASS BIGOT),the only language you understand is the language of intimidation, corruption, and political monopoly or even the deafing hiss of bullet flying over your head and the horrifying scenes of streets full of cadavres.(I PRAY TO THE ALMIGHTY ALLAH NOT TO GIVE SUCH A SAD FATE ).but it seems you and your president do not want to share power unless you see such explosive reactions. Are you satisfied now .

Well thanks for the interest you have given to the comment i have posted ..
It is normal we are not forced to always agree with each other or to share same ideas and opinion..because we are different people with different views.
We are grown up people let us not mix open debates and exchanges of ideas with a prejudice tribal oriented arguments..
I do not have to be a supporter of IOG or a tribalistte as you say to criticize DAF and his politics.
We have to look at what Daf stands for....what are his progarms...i do not think djibouti will be better off with the Daf i knew...that is my opinion..whether you agree or not.
Some of you may advance ..he has been in prison..et has been intimidated..blablabla...for some reason they ignore at all.
I know what Daf has gone trough....arrest,gabode ...intimidation ect...but do you think those circumstances and situation reflect how good politician he is..frankly i doubt
To me Daf does not have what i takes to be a president or a commander in chief..
Well maybe he is good enough to lead the Djibouti most of you dream about...
Please let us not let our emotions get high...thank you all..
Sincerly yours.

However, this courage has nothing to do with a leadership traits such as helping people from the fanatics in power that steal their money for personal gain but instead is guided by a long date hatry for the authority and IOG & family.
Daf is great figure in the politic realm, nobody denies it and he is always throwing the truth in the face of those doing wrong. But unlikely he is only on that. Period.
We are not ready to accept people who just wanna be leaders of a country just for the sake of revenge. It is already difficult for Djiboutian to bear in their conscience that they are led by a corrupted regime from toe to head but it would be catastrophic if they bear in that mind of theirs that they are led by people who are there for revenge.
