Tribes are homogenous, communities are heterogeneous.

The news present tried to cover up tribal parade by playing up with the terminology, he said Reer Shiekh Isaxaaq community, but the mediocre Minister openly said couple of times that he is very proud to be the member so called Duriyada..., by listening his brief speech, clearly he could not even articulate the occasion for the gathering. In Djibouti Enterprise authority, we have this kind of personality that is supposedly responsible 30 % plus of the yearly budget to educate future generation.
