Why the webmaster or moderator is not willing to enforce the basic contract with their subscribers? There are continuous blatant violations of the following clause that each and every subscriber acknowledged and agreed to abide-by.

"You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this bulletin board to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene,profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violate of any law."

Djiboutians like to say anything that comes to their minds. Their debate about politics and social issues has no borders. They even talk in buses, in alleys and streets. A djiboutian may breaK A CONVERSATION with another Djiboutian without any hesitation or fear. It is a habit they insult or defame someone just because they don't want him to be there.

As for the webmaster, I think he /she cannot take action unless someone complains and says there is an abuse or something. I don't personally know th admin but I have been here for a while (maybe 15 years or more! I feel I am a member of Djibnet family) and people always fought and disagreed with another on many issues. To be honest, if the admin tried to bounce all those who behave not according to these rules, we would all be banned a long time ago.
It is natural to have differences. Somehow, life is beautuful because it has diversity.

Stop nonsense do not generalize, the individual in question is not yourtypical ordinary Djiboutian, he or she demonstrated well like your قرىن , that he or she can read and write couple of local and international languages, he or she must have ticked that box and agreed upon. According to your assumption he or she must be some sort of poet or journalist,certainly his or her latest behavior suggest the otherwise. We wouldn't be discussing this had he behave normally like anybody else in this community.

Turtle behaves in such a way sometimes and I assume he works somewhere at the Djiboutian primacy When an educated person like him verbally abuses you I think he has something in his mind.

Pourquoi le ferais-je puisque ton point de vue etait bien intentionnel? D'autre part, quand l'on craint son Createur, on ne lance pas en l'air certaines choses. I consider Djibnet as a Maqahi at place Mahamoud Harbi in souk al doubab, where around the shaah, everyone point his bit of information view although the credibility of the information is questionable.

I think it was Ecolab, this particular incident has happened more 3 years ago. He posted it overnight or early morning and then it was immediately deleted alongside his user name.
