Opposition victory worries chief of Djibouti Enterprise, if one looks closely his behaviour and what he has to say. He briefly struggled to explain that Djiboutian have long history of engaging elections but more so under colonial power then under his grip of power.

He outline his intention, that he would like to introduce slow pace democracy, where the opposition parties not only remains minority but also friendly to his authoritarian style of management, in other worth personalities that can tolerate his belligerent manner are welcome that only if he gets his way.

Earlier this week, Chief of Djibouti Enterprise accused opposition parties of being "spoilers" who were a threat to the security of the country. However fail to substantiate he claim

Iran , the country that financed and built the new Djiboutian parliament building has exactly what Chief of Djibouti Enterprise campaigning against. Ahmadinejad’s opponents had already won an outright majority in the 290-member legislature in the first round of voting in March 2012, but still the government is functioning. Perhaps the Iranian brought a bad lack to .....

When he was asked what kind of massage that he would like convey though his own exclusive media RTD, UTV and Horn Cable, instead of talking about his party's vision if any, he wasted no time to critics his opponent as they agents for hidden evil force and they are only here to destroy their own country. It's pure fear-monger tactics.

Closer examination reveals a less serene picture about election procedure, the way that regime is handling ballot-box storage irregularities has been reported specially from the remote regions. Only 60 foreign observer that had arrived last days of the election without prior knowledge of the country is not much of help to say the least.

Chief of Djibouti Enterprise has every reason not trust any one, simply because he knows what he done to them. To achieve his grip on power, he a made them play tournament (play off ) between various community using one group against the other, previous finance minsters vs ministry of interiors in a previous government holds the clue. Only one group that is not affected and by enlarge over looked by Djibouti Enterprise management merged as the influential leader of united opposition USN

Interior Minister Hassan Darar Houffaneh said the ruling Union for the Presidential Majority (UMP) party secured 49.39 percent of votes against 47.61 percent for the opposition in the capital, home to three-quarters of the population. For the remote region with the small population, it should have been the first to be declared, but for the strategic reason Djibouti Enterprise delayed the result as it considers the safest 1/3 of the voters that it can manipulate as it wish

If you listen carefully, It has happened exactly as Chief of Djibouti Enterprise predicted, so that question every is asking himself or herself is he a fortune teller like Nostradamus or the result has been predetermined ?. One would say the result not only conforms his prediction, but it also can not reconcile the election campaign finding and informal exit polls, people have been talking openly to each other and who they voted for, even the children of the Djibouti enterprise management refuse to support UMP, the parents could not convince their children to vote for them let alone others.

A spokesman for the Union of National Salvation (USN) opposition alliance said the vote was rigged. He said results were announced too quickly and there were incidences of ballot-stuffing and double voting.

Interview with VOA Daher Ahmed Farah said "It is a joke that does not match the reality of what took place in the capital and in the regions of the interior,"

"That the results were announced at 5.00 am when the polls closed at 7.00 pm is quite significant. The regime has cooked it and the Djiboutian population will take note."

Djibouti Enterprise was so nervous, they decided to finish up the bulk of irregularity in the wee hours, when the international observers are sleeping and opposition scrutinisers can easily be intimidated.

Today has been earmarked as vote counting day, and tomorrow was scheduled the day that the official election result will be released, so what is the rush of releasing provisional result that no one is going to recognise, off course the opposition already rejected and the international community observers will be giving unfavourable comments once they leave the country, this is the exact repeat of what had happened in Ethiopia's last election, the international community will be commenting about election irregularities when the issues are irrelevant.

As physician he seems to forget the tenth commandments of how to become a good servant leader.

1-Servant leader must listen to verbal and non-verbal signals and interpret what the others are saying.
2-The most successful servant-leaders are those who have become skilled empathetic listeners.
3- The servant leader should rely "on persuasion, rather than on one's positional authority, in making decisions within a community." The technique of convincing rather than coercion.
4-Foresight: "a characteristic that enables the servant-leader to understand the lessons from the past, the realities of the present, and the likely consequence of a decision for the future"
5-Stewardship: "a commitment to serving the needs of others. It also emphasises the use of openness and persuasion, rather than control"

The list goes on ......

If one needs to going back to his or her constituent to ask them a new mandate, he or she has to be aware of the situation that the the local communities are in. If the insensitive Djibouti Enterprise constructs a fancy stage for its candidates and hires life entertainment band for the occasion, one has to be very considerate and doesn't go with the flow as ZuriZuri did in Q 3

As video indicate, ZuriZuri appeared on the stage, already feeling guilty, he exacerbated the situation with his flashy dress Fr 20,000 MACAWOOS , very expensive SHAAL or CIMAAMAD and green matching T-shirt all made of very expensive silk. He face with that, a people who rarely get two meals a day, unemployment hovering 70%.

Historically, Q3 has been the safest seat for RPP with Rue named after Khadra Haid and ZuriZuri is no ordinary man, he is one of the highly educated UMP candidate. If his campaign ended with disaster as you can see from the video clip, what one expect other mediocre candidates, and how UMP got the exact majority that they forecasted for themselves is questionable!!!!
