The future plan for this commercial airplane is to fulfil the gap created by Dallo Airline Direct flight to Europe. Well we know what Dallo Airline and the parallel government did, the violation of international aviation rules by transporting illegal aliens to Europe, in fact Dallo Airline was sold before it was ceased or confiscated. Well Piggy may loos his airplane, if the parallel government takes over the administration including Bodin of Dallo Airline and Faro of the Police National!!!

Djibouti has had or had planned to have new airline company for every 3 years since independent!!!!

Just for 33 years, we have had 11 different airline companies. Imagine if we have 11 different governments, we would have 11 different billionaires (DjFr)...11 different methods ...perhaps method BIR-CAS...11 different legislations no a presidential decrees.

Piggy has always his cut of every deal unofficially; it has been the dynasty’s dream to own a commercial airline company. As soon as Puntavia airline went-under, the first lady of Djibouti Odette de Chihuahua and First lady of Ethiopia have tried to fill the space vacated by Puntavia Air and Ethiopian. But SOGIK and Particulier fiercely resisted the idea of airline transportations after getting use to cheap land-transportation.

It’s mainly Piggy’s mismanagement the National Airline to collapse and the following countless airline companies that he was an anonymous shareholder were also went under. Finally piggy is using Lootah to run his new airline company.

Whether Lootah is good manager or not remains to be seen, but Lootah style of management and that Mousse Rayaleh the former Manager of Puntavia Airline is no deferent. There is a subsequent question we also have to ask ourselves, is Lootah (Boreh Dilleh) an investor as we’ve been led to believe or is he a manager of the Piggy’s supper large Estate known as a Djibouti (country)?

The Dubai holding company headed by Ibrahim Saeed Ahmad Lootah aka Boreh-Dileh finds itself in dire financial straits. After profiting from sweetheart deals with virtually no tax for decate , Lootah has fallen foul of the president the same scenario ,his wealth is like be looted by Piggy's inner circle, it, as reported by Africa Intelligence.

One wonders why the government has to resorts a distortion tactics; it can simply demand the back dated corporation tax that Lootah Group of Companies has not paid for the decade or so.

Ahmed Osman Guelleh-Arrab, another Boreh-Dileh the head of the Djibouti group GSK, is currently under close surveillance by the Djibouti authorities, Naturally he is not only nervous about the intense political situation of the country but also the behaviour of government itself.

Ahmed Osman Guelleh-Arrab has already diversified his portfolio; he has also heavily in invested his homeland self-declared Somaliland and whatever holding he has in Djibouti it’s now registered as foreign owned asset, this might well end up Magistrate court in London déjà vu all over again!!
