I think you have to be native to believe him or hopeless person to have a time to listen him day after day as the above mentioned personalities.

Finally Mr. hassan farah, if you get to see him or have a friend who can meet him @ one of his favorite Tim Horton coffee shop, you may ask him whether he had paid back Luis Le-Banc or intended to pay him since he can afford it now with Djiboutian taxpayer money and you will see his reaction, probably you won’t see him in that coffee shop.
