Nowadays, if you wanna create a country, you start a page on wikipedia and then afterwards you ask for an international recognition from the UNited Nations 
Somalia is becoming the United States of East AFrica: first SOmaliland , then Punland, now Mukhatirland, and I'd say to the Hawiyes and darood in the South: Wake up and make up some names, borders and flags:
I'd suggest HabarGEdirLand and AbgaaldLand among them
